During 2008 the chalet was furnished to a very high standard using locally built furniture and materials creating a very comfortable warm and relaxing environment
Chalet Le Pavot is furnished using traditional materials with most of the
furniture constructed from aged solid wood. All windows have wooden shutters making it feel very cosy in winter and keeping the sun at bay during those lazy summer mornings.
The Chalet has underfloor central heating and feels very warm and cosy when coming in from a good days' skiing.
The large “Sejour” has a solid aged wood table (3.2m long!) for 15 people to dine in comfort or you can relax in the comfortable chairs and sofas next to the fire. There is a flat screen television and DVD fully equipped with Satellite TV so that you don't miss out on your favourite programs whilst you are on holiday. There is also a music system so don't forget to bring a few CDs! Double doors lead you out on to a covered patio area where you can relax and enjoy the breath taking views.
The 11.5m² kitchen is fitted with luxury rustic units and an "island" that can double as a breakfast bar all fitted brand new in 2008! There is more than adequate space to prepare food and it is well fitted out with plenty of storage space, a dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave oven, and fridge freezer. The chalet is fully equipped to cook for 15 people and dine in comfort. A corridor leads to the games room shower room and WC.
Sleeping Accommodation
All of the bedrooms have exposed beams and wood clad ceilings Plump pillows and soft thick duvets add to the feeling of wellbeing and comfort created in the chalet. Most of the beds in the chalet have pull out storage draws underneath, combined with wardrobes and chests of drawers there is more than adequate storage space for clothes and personal possessions. fully carpeted. Colourful rugs that blend naturally with the furnishings give the rooms a snug feeling of warmth and comfort. All of the beds in the chalet are of high quality and no expense has been spared on the mattresses so we think you will get a great night’s sleep!
The Heart Room faces south and has a door out on to a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the stunning views whilst sipping your coffee! The room is furnished with one king size double bed (1.8m wide x 2.0m long) with bed side units and reading lamps.
There is a solid oak wardrobe and chest of draws, thick soft duvets, lots of soft comfortable pillows, subtle lighting, natural colours and decor make this room a wonderful haven of peace and tranquility.
Vanoise Room
Vanoise is furnished with bunk beds (large enough for both adults and children at 0.8m x 2.0m). There are two double bunks and one pull out bed, in all this room can sleep five. A double bed can be created by pulling the bunks together if required.

Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (1.6m x 2.0m) that can be split into singles, reading lamps, solid wood wardrobes and a chest of draws. You will also find two (80cm x 1.9m) fold down bunk beds built in traditional materials in keeping with the Savoyard style furnishings.
Please note that in Snowflake if you choose to use all four beds the double has to be configured as two singles to give room for the fold down bunks.
Bathrooms
Basement
There is plenty of room for hanging wet ski gear. When returning from skiing access to the chalet is through a side entrance which leads straight to the boot room alleviating the problem of snowy ski boots inside the living area.
Games Room
There is a large games room that has a pool table, table football and child friendly darts, there are also a few bean bags and a TV, ideal aprés ski activity for children during the evenings.
Outside
There is space to park several cars on the driveway and a free car park approximately 150m from the chalet. The chalet has a large garden that can be enjoyed throughout the summer months. During the winter children can have great fun playing in the snow.
